The rules for using Wisp

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a license or using the Wisp client ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has approved your use.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and license key private.
  • One account per person. Sharing, reselling or transferring accounts or license keys is not allowed.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, the forum or other users.

4. Licenses & payments

  • Licenses are bound to a single machine (HWID). Resets are limited as described in the dashboard.
  • Prices are shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; permanent plans are a one-time purchase.
  • Digital goods are delivered instantly. Refunds are handled case by case — open a ticket from the Contact page.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or tamper with the client, attack our infrastructure, or use the Service to harass others. Community content must follow the forum rules.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with any third-party server, and we are not responsible for actions taken against your game accounts by third parties.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material changes are announced on the forum.
